YAY! My stuff from Dr. Foster and Smith!     What ya think? Large salt water dish, medium fresh water dish and small food dish and EE. Already unpackaged washed and dried them too! Can' wait to rearange the tank!!

Cool! I love those water dishes! They're great to put int he dirt and really easy for the  crabs to get in and out of.

I have ones like that.  Except, they're Exo-Terra, and they have built in ridges up one corner

I like them too! Nice and heavy, my crabs cant tip it over.

Cool! thogh i wish mine had stairs lol  i shall make my own i guess. cuz no way lyla could get out of the large one.

I like the water dishes, but yeah, you need to make sure lyla and others can get back out again! You may also want sponges to make sure drowning is not possible.

Thanks I have sponges, but they are a bit worn, i will be buying new larger ones when i can find them before I redo the tank. I think Lyla is molting

   This is Wasabi. He is a PP, (Purple Pincher) and sadly, he has passed on. He was the biggest out of all the crabs I have owned so far, and out of them all, he lived the longest. He lived about 6-7 months.

Land hermit crabs store a small amount of water in their shells just to keep their gills wet, thus allowing them to breath.
